Guardian Home Concierge was started by Ivan Gutierrez, a Babcock Ranch resident with a background that runs from construction to hands-on handyman work. Before Guardian Home Concierge, Ivan ran his own handyman business, learning the trade from the ground up — from the basics of a repair to the harder, more technical jobs.

After moving to Babcock Ranch, a newly built community made up largely of retirees and seasonal residents, the pattern was hard to miss: homeowners who are only here part of the year have no consistent way to know what's actually happening at their house while they're gone. Guardian Home Concierge exists to close that gap — one membership, one monthly visit, one report you can actually read and trust.

This is a direct, owner-involved operation. When you call, you're not routed through a call center — you're reaching the person (or the small team) actually responsible for your property's monthly visit.
